📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models on insurance topics and real-world scenarios • Converse with the model in English and French • Verify factual accuracy and industry logic • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Contribute insurance expertise to AI training data for financial literacy, risk analysis, claims automation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French • Expertise in underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management • Deep knowledge of insurance practices and regulations in French-speaking regions • Knowledge of life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance • Knowledge of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication • Ability to converse with AI models in both English and French • Ability to verify factual accuracy and industry logic • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Professional certification such as CPCU or AIC signals fit • A master’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or a closely related field is ideal, but not required
