📋 Description

• Converse with the model in both English and French on real-world manufacturing scenarios and technical questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge advanced language models on manufacturing topics including Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling • Help train AI systems to support industrial efficiency, knowledge sharing, workforce training, and global manufacturing operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French • Expertise in production systems, lean manufacturing, quality control, process optimization, industrial automation, supply chain management, and workplace safety • Knowledge of standards and practices in French-speaking regions • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling • Ability to converse with language models in both English and French on manufacturing scenarios and technical questions • Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication • Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments • Master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field is ideal • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP signal fit
