📋 Description

• Converse with the model on chemical synthesis strategies and theoretical chemistry questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs • Capture reproducible error traces to document model failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge advanced language models on organic and inorganic chemistry topics • Help harden model reasoning and contribute high-quality training data for AI scientific discovery

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in reaction mechanisms, coordination chemistry, stereoselective synthesis, catalysis, main group chemistry, ligand design, redox chemistry, crystal field theory, and spectroscopy • Expertise with organometallic complexes, cross-coupling reactions, synthetic pathways, metal-ligand interactions, supramolecular assembly, NMR and IR spectral interpretation, and synthesis and characterization of coordination compounds • Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of advanced language model outputs • Ability to capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • PhD in chemistry or a closely related physical science field is ideal • Peer-reviewed publications, laboratory synthesis and analysis experience, or applied chemical design projects signal fit • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Secure computer and high-speed internet • Live in the Philippines / role location listed as Philippines
