📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models on Tagalog grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, pragmatics, verb focus and aspect, sentence structure, enclitics, registers, dialects, and writing-system nuances • Document model failure modes to harden model reasoning • Converse with the model on language scenarios • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help create high-quality training data for next-generation AI

🎯 Requirements

• Tagalog language expertise, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics • Knowledge of verb focus and aspect, sentence structure, enclitics, formal and informal registers, regional dialects, and Tagalog writing-system nuances • Ability to converse with language models on language scenarios • Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • A master’s or PhD in Tagalog language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal • Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects signal fit
