📋 Description

• Build and maintain driver-based models, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, unit economics, fleet ownership and financing models, and scenario analysis • Run monthly variance analysis by market; explain drivers and flag risks and opportunities early • Own weekly management updates, monthly performance packs and quarterly board materials • Support debt and equity processes with investor-ready models, data packs and diligence responses • Pull and reconcile data from the data warehouse and ensure reported numbers tie across sources • Partner with Ops, Supply, Growth and Product on pricing, fleet utilisation, CAC/LTV and investment cases • Automate and improve reporting workflows and build scalable templates

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, strategy, or a CEO's / Founder's office role • Currently or recently in one of these roles at a high-growth startup or a well-regarded company • Based in India • Strong financial and data modelling; ability to build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets • SQL proficiency strongly preferred • Experience with BI tools • Strong grasp of financial statements and unit economics • Ability to turn complex analysis into crisp, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders • High attention to detail • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace in a high-growth, multi-market business • Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
