📋 Description

• Build backend services and integrations using Python • Connect internal systems with advertising and marketing platforms • Work with APIs and process marketing and campaign data • Support reliable automation workflows • Design backend workflows for automating marketing processes • Synchronize data and handle scheduled or event-driven integrations • Work on projects for startups and globally recognized brands • Collaborate with international clients and ioet's distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar software engineering role • Professional experience with Python • Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations • Experience with marketing automation, digital advertising, SEM, MarTech, AdTech integrations • Familiarity integrating with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, or similar platforms • Experience with campaign, conversion, attribution, keyword, or performance marketing data • Strong proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Experience with caching systems such as Redis • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms • Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development workflow, with tools such as Claude Code or Codex • Ability to design backend workflows for automating marketing processes, synchronizing data, and handling scheduled or event-driven integrations • Experience using Datadog or other monitoring and observability tools • Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka; hands-on experience is a plus • Strong English communication skills — minimum B2 level proficiency • Application and CV in English are mandatory • Based in Latin America
