• Introducing and seeking new clients through outbound calls and email campaigns. • Engaging with new customers and promoting Ipsos.Digital solutions and services • Effective use of sales techniques to build rapport and to engage prospective clients with a view to understanding their business pain and business challenges. • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding targets that are set. • Lock in valid appointments and generate new lead opportunities for our account management team to escalate. • Utilize Sales/Marketing tools, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the Ipsos.Digital portfolio of solutions. • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads and develop sales opportunities • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales/research executives • Report to sales/research manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Sales or Account Management role within a SaaS company, with a proven track record of achieving sales quota. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable ability to build relationships • Demonstration of a dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate mindset, with a desire to exceed objectives • Track record of reliable and consistent performance to targets • Experience within Digital Marketing would be beneficial, but not essential.
