• Collaborating with the patient and multidisciplinary team on psychiatric intervention plans for patients. • Building relationships with patients and their families to understand the holistic needs whilst maintaining trust with the patient. • Provide evidence-based individual therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety. • Administering medication where required. • Monitoring patient’s adherence to any non-medical treatment plans provided. • Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family. • Maintain strict confidentiality. • Attend training to acquire further knowledge. • Collect and record data on patient behavior, health journeys acting on any alterations needed in treatment plans. • Removing potentially harmful and triggering environmental features for patients. • Support patients in the management of their emotions, i.e using de-escalation techniques. • Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, patients, parents, and staff.
• Degree in mental health / behavioural health or equivalent with 5 Years post qualification experience • Currently licensed as a mental health nurse or equivalent • Excellent communication skills • Excellent IT skills including use of electronic medical records systems • Fluency in English and Ukraine • Ability to work calmly and effectively under high-stress work conditions • Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
