📋 Description

• Support the global sales organization by developing customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide • Collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals • Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols • Develop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation • Interpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information • Participate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings • Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes • Maintain proposal databases and reporting systems

🎯 Requirements

• Only CVs/resumes in English will be considered • Fluent English • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions • Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions • Knowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Preferred: Experience in CRO, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries • Preferred: Experience interpreting study protocols and clinical trial requirements • Preferred: Exposure to customer-facing proposal or pricing activities
