📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and system features using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs • Develop and refine Now Assist AI skills, agents, and agentic workflows to reduce manual effort and streamline operational processes • Create and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using integration spokes or custom APIs • Collaborate in an Agile setting to build, test, and release solutions • Conduct regular platform upgrades to ensure system performance and security • Translate everyday business needs into scalable digital solutions while working alongside the Solutions Architect

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform, such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required • Proficiency in JavaScript • Proficiency in ServiceNow API web services • Experience integrating third-party systems • Strong understanding of ITIL principles • Proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
