📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end program delivery of cross-functional procurement transformations and continuous improvement projects • Act as project lead for procurement initiatives integrated within broader enterprise programs • Ensure seamless execution with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR partners • Apply Source-to-Pay knowledge to streamline workflows • Drive global adoption of new operational processes and standards • Communicate project status, roadmap milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics to executive management
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs across geographically dispersed teams • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle • Prior experience as a procurement practitioner ideally • Familiarity with modern procurement technologies and platforms, including intake/orchestration, e-sourcing, and P2P • Familiarity with emerging Agentic AI capabilities • Formal project management methodology expertise • PMP or Agile certifications preferred • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
