📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform. • Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows using Now Assist to increase automation and streamline business processes. • Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes, enforce quality standards, and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance. • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables. • Strengthen platform governance and improve the day-to-day operations of internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required. • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field. • Strong understanding of ITIL principles. • Track record of mentoring developers within an Agile framework.
