📋 Description

• Contribute to research into RAN-related 5G/6G research projects • Design and validate RAN-related algorithms and architectures, such as RRM • Develop simulations or prototypes related to 5G/6G • Take responsibility for selected tasks in EU projects • Write reports and papers • Contribute to patents

🎯 Requirements

• At least Master degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering • Experience working on cutting-edge 5G/6G research • Ability to collaborate with other team members • Ability to independently pursue own work • Understanding of trends and research directions in 6G research, such as RRM, JCAS, and AI-RAN • Good command of English is mandatory • Strong background in 5G network architecture and selected signalling elements • Proven skills in L2/L3 algorithm development, such as MAC • Solid competences in system-level simulation and/or prototyping • ORAN knowledge preferable; xApps development capability is a plus • Telecommunication industry experience is a plus • Good command of Python or Matlab scripting required • Knowledge of C/C++/Java is a plus
