📋 Description

• Develop and enhance end-to-end web applications, working across both frontend and backend • Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and web interfaces • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to implementation and architecture decisions • Collaborate with Product and other teams to understand problems and transform business needs into technical solutions • Investigate issues, fix bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems • Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability, while also participating in code reviews and testing • Follow personal deliverables through to deployment and ensure they function properly in production • Use artificial intelligence tools to support development and problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and programming logic • Experience with Node.js for developing APIs and services • Experience with React, including components, hooks, state management, and API integration • Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or similar technologies • Familiarity with frontend tools and frameworks such as Vite, Next.js, or similar technologies • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases • Knowledge of MongoDB and document-oriented data modeling • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs • Basic knowledge of Docker • Familiarity with AWS and basic cloud service concepts • Familiarity and a proactive approach to using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies • Familiarity with Prisma or Mongoose • Knowledge of CI/CD using Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar tools • Basic understanding of microservices architecture • Experience with linters, code formatting, and unit testing • Autonomy and ownership of personal deliverables • Curiosity to understand the business, the product, and the impact of solutions in the healthcare sector • Proactivity in identifying problems and proposing improvements • Attention to code quality, readability, and maintainability • Collaboration, openness to feedback, and willingness to share knowledge and continuously grow
