📋 Description

• Act as the interface between the development team and customers • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation through to successful go-live • Analyze customers’ existing business processes • Develop efficient digitalization and automation concepts • Assess and specify business and technical requirements • Advise customers on the implementation and optimization of document management and process automation solutions • Support the implementation of software solutions and workflows for customers, both on-site and remotely • Ensure a high standard of solution quality • Facilitate efficient knowledge transfer to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, business information systems, or a comparable field • At least three years of professional experience with document management systems or process automation solutions • Strong technical understanding • Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions • Experience collaborating with software development or technical project teams • Experience using Jira • Initial experience in project or sub-project management is an advantage • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Fluent written and spoken German and English
