📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-level implementations • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape scalable ServiceNow solutions • Ensure alignment with business strategy and platform best practices

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceNow Experience: 6+ years • Architect / Tech Lead Experience: 3+ years • CMDB & ITSM Master Data Management (MDM) • IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance) • CSM module (customer workflows) • Proven ability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks. • Strong understanding of platform integrations, data models, and automation. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams).
