📋 Description

• Consulting & Implementation: Strategic introduction and integration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva) as well as Copilot and the Power Platform into existing IT landscapes. • Shaping the Modern Workplace: Analysis of business processes and development of tailored solutions for the workplace of the future. • Driving Innovation: Identifying opportunities within the M365 environment and implementing scalable cloud solutions. • Trusted Advisor: Point of contact for technical and business-related questions around Microsoft 365. • Project Ownership: Supporting our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. • Teamwork: Close collaboration with our interdisciplinary teams and building sustainable, equal-footing customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in technology consulting with a focus on Microsoft 365 Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva), Copilot and the Power Platform. • Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace concepts. • Experience in analyzing business processes and aligning them with the Microsoft portfolio. • Strong communication skills, customer focus and confident presence up to executive level. • Self‑initiative, team orientation and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing. • Very good German language skills and good English skills.
