📋 Description

• Own and grow performance and influencer marketing accounts focused on ROAS and commercial outcomes • Develop strong client relationships and align account strategies with business goals • Improve campaign performance, ROAS, and account efficiency • Develop growth plans, improve retention, and identify upselling opportunities • Partner with Product to turn client requirements into actionable inputs • Coordinate with BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product teams • Identify process gaps and proactively drive workflow improvements • Interpret dashboards, campaign data, and key performance metrics • Identify performance gaps and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Take accountability for account performance and client satisfaction • Manage priorities, solve problems, and deliver results with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success • Experience managing performance-based accounts in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or similar environments • Background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate, or agency + product environments • Experience with SaaS or tech platforms and cross-functional collaboration • Strong analytical skills and data literacy • Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal supervision
