• Partner with the European leadership team to identify, structure, and prioritize strategic initiatives driving regional growth and operational excellence. • Build and maintain an overview of the European initiative landscape, ensuring workstreams are resourced, tracked, and delivered against plan. • Develop project plans, maintain momentum, and hold contributors accountable to commitments and deadlines. • Independently execute strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-team interfaces, and escalate roadblocks. • Prepare strategy presentations, market analyses, business cases, and performance updates for leadership, board, and partner audiences. • Co-develop European expansion strategy by country and translate regional ambitions into prioritized plans. • Monitor market dynamics, competition, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks. • Drive growth initiatives with site operations teams. • Coordinate M&A diligence workstreams, timelines, and information flows. • Prepare market analyses, site assessments, and operational summaries for investment decisions. • Collaborate with US-based finance and legal teams during diligence and deal processes. • Coordinate handover from site integration into steady-state delivery. • Perform other duties as requested.
• 3–5 years at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) with significant exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or health-tech clients; and/or experience in a high-growth startup, or a strategy or business development role within a pharmaceutical or biotech company. • Proven track record of structuring complex problems, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and delivering high-quality, executive-ready outputs under time pressure. • Strong analytical rigor — comfortable building models, sizing markets, and driving data-informed recommendations independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce compelling, well-structured materials for senior audiences without significant guidance. • Comfortable with M&A concepts and processes — from market mapping through to post-acquisition integration. • Fluency in English and Polish required. • Willingness to travel across the region as needed (up to 20%). • Prior exposure to clinical research, CRO, or site network environments (preferred). • Experience working on M&A or corporate development workstreams, either within consulting or in-house (preferred). • Familiarity with Central and Eastern European market dynamics — regulatory landscape, commercial environment, and key stakeholders (preferred).
