📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and value in deliverables • Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, users, and the squad’s technical team • Lead refinement sessions, sprint plannings, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies with the team • Define and track product metrics, such as adoption, performance, and delivered value • Build and communicate a product roadmap aligned with the department’s strategy • Manage dependencies between squads and departments, including payments, shippers, carriers, and ERP • Work closely with real-world data, Jira exports, and operational indicators to support evidence-based prioritization • Ensure alignment between the product vision, technical deliverables, and stakeholder expectations • Work with a logistics client, leading the evolution of digital products within dedicated squads • Connect business and user needs with technical teams in logistics, payments, and connectivity platform contexts

🎯 Requirements

• Solid senior-level experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile teams • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools such as Jira and Confluence • Ability to write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria • Experience prioritizing backlogs based on business value and data • Strong communication and negotiation skills with technical and business stakeholders • Analytical mindset for working with product metrics and indicators • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously • Strong sense of ownership and focus on delivering value • Clear communication and ability to align multiple departments • Strategic thinking combined with attention to execution • Collaboration and leadership without formal authority within the squad • Data-driven approach and well-founded decision-making • Preferred: experience with logistics/transportation products, including freight, CIOT, ANTT, and transportation compliance • Preferred: experience with fintech, payment methods, or connectivity platforms • Preferred: experience with product discovery and hypothesis validation • Preferred: basic knowledge of APIs and systems architecture • Preferred: experience working in environments with multiple squads and large-scale projects
