📋 Description

• Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and value in deliveries • Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable requirements • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, users and the squad's technical team • Facilitate refinements, planning, reviews and other agile ceremonies with the team • Define and track product metrics such as adoption, performance and delivered value • Build and communicate a product roadmap aligned with area strategy • Manage dependencies between squads and areas, including payments, shippers, carriers and ERP • Work with Jira exports and operational indicators for evidence-driven prioritization • Ensure alignment between product vision, technical deliveries and stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Solid (senior) experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile teams • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Proficiency with management tools such as Jira and Confluence • Ability to write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria • Experience prioritizing the backlog based on business value and data • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and business stakeholders • Analytical mindset to work with product metrics and indicators • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously • Ownership mentality regarding the product and focus on delivering value • Clear communication and ability to align across areas • Strategic thinking combined with attention to execution • Collaborative leadership without formal authority within the squad • Data-oriented approach and evidence-based decision making • Preferred: experience with logistics/transport products, including freight, CIOT, ANTT and transport compliance • Preferred: experience with fintech, payment methods or connection platforms • Preferred: experience with product discovery and hypothesis validation • Preferred: technical knowledge of APIs and system architecture • Preferred: experience in environments with multiple squads and large-scale projects
