IT Solutions Factory is a technology services and product company founded to provide IT and software solutions for telecom operators within Xavier Niel’s group. The company builds and operates a custom BSS (Galaxion) used by multiple operator entities, delivers large IT transformation projects, and applies AI on mobile network data to improve network quality. ITSF is a developer-focused, international engineering team (about 100 people across Lyon, Nice, and Ukraine) that works on challenging, large-scale telecom and data projects for other businesses.

📋 Description

• Join a new full-stack Java / ReactJS feature team comprising a Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers, and a tester • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Architect to define solutions that meet user needs and quality requirements • Participate in all project phases, from design through production deployment • Work on the Group operators’ BSS domain: e-shop, CRM, Billing, and self-service portal • Conduct workshops with business teams • Produce technical designs by translating the requirements expressed by the Product Owner • Estimate work and turn functional user stories into technical tasks • Develop software and conduct merge request reviews • Provide post-deployment and production support • Contribute to the design and evolution of the product roadmap with the Architect • Ensure the evolution and availability of development environments using CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes, FluxCD, and GitLab CI • Promote coding best practices and support development teams • Deliver in accordance with quality and deadline requirements • Participate in discussions on best practices and in the Technical Committee • Write technical documentation • Track deliveries from integration through production

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Java / Spring Boot (minimum 4 years of experience) • Knowledge of Activiti or another BPMS engine (a plus) • Experience with Helm Charts, GitLab CI, Docker, or equivalent technologies • Interest in and commitment to TDD • Interest in and commitment to DDD • Knowledge of a message broker such as RabbitMQ or Kafka • Thoroughness and curiosity • Versatility and proactivity • Broad technical understanding of a product • Ability to make recommendations and drive initiatives • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Professional working proficiency in technical English required
