📋 Description

• Define the automated testing strategy and architecture for all development squads. • Lead the transition from manual testing to automation across the squads. • Ensure the architecture, structure, conventions, and best practices of automated tests using Playwright. • Define and build automated execution pipelines for every deployment, integrating quality into CI/CD. • Standardize and accelerate test creation through AI-driven documentation and the dissemination of standards. • Ensure reliable test environments with clean, reproducible databases, containers, and integrated and versioned tests. • Review test code and define quality gates. • Mentor squad analysts and share knowledge. • Monitor coverage metrics and prioritize automation initiatives with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Test automation architecture (patterns, Page Object Model, modularization) using Playwright. • CI/CD for testing (pipelines, execution per deployment) with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or a similar platform. • Containerized test environments (Docker) and clean, reproducible database strategies. • Test strategy (testing pyramid, integration, version, and regression testing) and quality gate definition. • AI-driven documentation and standardized test generation. • Advanced SQL, results analysis, and test coverage metrics. • 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong background in test automation, test architecture, and technical leadership/mentoring. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
