📋 Description

• Support the Global Ethics & Compliance mission and manage strategic global program initiatives • Manage investigations caseloads, including evaluation, planning, interviews, data and document analysis, findings reports, and disciplinary/remediation recommendations • Analyze financial, operational, and other data for misconduct investigations and enterprise risk assessments • Implement corrective actions and enhance compliance control architecture with company stakeholders • Develop and deliver targeted in-person and virtual training • Execute eDiscovery compliance activities, including collections, imaging, hosting, processing, and review • Perform forensic analysis of technical accounting and financial data • Monitor worldwide regulatory changes and update compliance activities and materials • Partner with Human Resources and internal investigation groups to resolve compliance issues • Collaborate with Internal Audit on audit reports, corrective action plans, and audit planning • Conduct M&A compliance risk assessments, due diligence, and program integration • Prepare deliverables to brief and engage senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or a related field required • Minimum of 4 years of forensic and compliance-related experience • Preferably experience in an anti-bribery and anti-corruption role in a “Big Four” or equivalent forensics consultancy and/or multinational corporate compliance setting • Proven proficiency in conducting complex multi-jurisdictional compliance investigations • Ability to work efficiently and proactively, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to provide guidance on key compliance subjects, issues and requirements • Ability to compile and analyze metrics and data and report related trends and observations • Organizational agility, analytical and creative thinking, and written and verbal communication skills • Interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and ability to work as part of a team • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and email • Experience using enterprise management software such as SAP or Coupa • Experience using IT forensic review software such as Exterro or Relativity • Fluency in English and Spanish (written/oral) required • Portuguese language proficiency preferred
