📋 Description

• Research potential businesses, target companies and acquisition opportunities • Identify, qualify and organize potential leads and business opportunities • Support lead generation, prospect research and outreach activities • Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline research, improve workflows and increase efficiency • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement practical workflow improvements • Organize and maintain accurate research records, lead databases and deal sourcing information • Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, email correspondence and follow ups • Assist with preparing meeting agendas, research briefs, reports, presentations and other business documents • Track action items, deadlines and follow ups to ensure tasks and priorities stay on schedule • Coordinate information, manage documentation and support day to day business operations as needed • Handle confidential business information with discretion and maintain organized records and files

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to streamline tasks and improve workflows • Strong research, prospect identification and lead generation skills • Comfortable conducting online research, analyzing information and organizing data accurately • Proactive, curious and resourceful, with a problem solving mindset and an interest in exploring new tools and technologies • Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), deal sourcing or business research is an advantage but not required
