📋 Description

• Source, identify, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo • Build and maintain talent pipelines across job boards and sourcing channels • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to refine sourcing strategies • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in Bullhorn • Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo and other job boards • Proven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing best practices • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines • Experience with recruitment process outsourcing industry as a full time recruiter • Knowledge working on Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering and Skilled Trades requirements
