📋 Description

• Support digital product strategy and act as a strategic technology partner and trusted advisor to Global Supply Chain • Lead strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for platforms and products supporting Global Supply Chain • Provide cross-functional domain leadership and technical ownership for Technical Operations platforms and adjacent data and workflow platforms • Translate business priorities into plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes • Prioritize enhancements, manage tradeoffs, and deliver platform improvements • Establish ways of working, governance, and prioritization for Supply Chain platforms • Oversee the day-to-day health and evolution of Supply Chain platforms • Ensure GxP and other regulated requirements, validation, audit readiness, and issue remediation • Maintain controls for security, data integrity, access, and change management • Monitor risks, escalate issues, and improve platform stability, resilience, and compliance • Lead and develop capability leaders responsible for digital products supporting Global Supply Chain operations • Manage vendor and partner relationships • Collaborate with architecture, delivery, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise standards • Support product capacity planning, lifecycle management, upgrades, and service improvements • Support integration planning across Technical Operations products • Apply consistent integration and data standards across Global Supply Chain platforms • Enable AI and analytics features within products and integrate data and AI products into capability roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive leadership in delivering or managing Technical Operations related systems and products • Pharma experience required • Demonstrated ownership of Technical Operations solutions supporting research and nonclinical development or related domains, along with adjacent reporting and integration platforms • Proven accountability and ownership in GxP-regulated environments, including audit management, validation support, and governance of regulated operations • Experience with enterprise ownership of digital platforms supporting Technical Operations and regulated operations • Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance functional needs with product delivery standardization and long-term value • Product-oriented leadership experience delivering measurable, value-based outcomes rather than project outputs • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • Bachelor's degree in a related science, technology or Information Systems field
