📋 Description

• Work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure successful, on-time, in-scope solution deployments • Support the entire project lifecycle, including pre-sales solution design and definition, project implementation, system configuration, transition to Support, project documentation, and closure • Facilitate communication and collaboration within internal teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Engage clients and prospects in pre-sales efforts to scope solutions and document professional service requests based on product capabilities • Monitor and maintain project dates and deadlines • Facilitate meetings, provide agendas, and communicate outcomes and action items • Proactively address roadblocks and delays through communication and accountability • Manage project scope changes, identify risks, and assist in developing contingency plans • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide feedback to the Delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, including leading Agile projects and working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban • Strong technical understanding and familiarity with software development concepts • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage custom software project complexities • Deeper understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and pragmatic application of these practices • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-up and follow-through • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and clarify priorities amid uncertainty • Experience interfacing with external customers at all levels and driving customer meetings • Experience working in a cohesive team with technical resources shared across multiple projects • Ability to compile technical requirements and implementation details into customer-facing documents • Attention to detail when documenting effort estimates, technical requirements, and project dates • Confidence working under pressure, communicating with customers, and driving team members toward committed dates • Ability to manage expectations and professionally resolve disputes or conflicts • Ability to quickly learn new technology • Ability to apply project management discipline and structure within an evolving organization • Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM or PMI-ACP, etc.) (nice to have) • Experience coaching and leading Agile transformation efforts (nice to have) • Cross-functional experience serving as liaison between multiple teams (nice to have) • Software development background (nice to have) • Must reside in and be authorized to work in Costa Rica
