📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functional solutions • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and organizational objectives • Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery metrics while providing regular status reporting • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities • Drive continuous process improvement and optimization of ServiceNow workflows • Support deployment of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management

🎯 Requirements

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience • 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) • Must currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA • ServiceNow ITSM Certification preferred • Scrum Master Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred • SAFe Certification preferred • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and upgrades • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps • Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience leading geographically distributed teams • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred
