📋 Description

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations and enhancements in an S/4HANA environment • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules • Support S/4HANA Finance features including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing processes • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT • Provide user training • Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW developments and integrations • Provide production support and resolve functional issues • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls • Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and rollout activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field • 6+ years of SAP FICO experience • At least 1–2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations • Strong configuration knowledge in FI and CO modules • Experience with S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and FSCM/Credit Management • Understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules • Knowledge of data migration tools and Fiori applications is a plus • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification is preferred
