📋 Description

• Partner with customers and prospects across Taiwan to understand software delivery, DevOps, DevSecOps, and software supply chain challenges • Advise developers, DevOps teams, security teams, architects, engineering leaders, and senior technical stakeholders • Lead the technical sales cycle from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, technical validation, proofs-of-concept, and technical win • Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical success criteria, address requirements, and communicate the JFrog Platform’s technical and business value • Design and demonstrate solutions involving CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, application security, and software supply chain security • Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, technical deep dives, and executive presentations • Help customers evaluate JFrog integrations with development, security, cloud, and DevOps ecosystems • Build relationships with customer champions and develop long-term technical advocates • Represent JFrog at customer events, conferences, webinars, partner engagements, and executive briefings • Bring customer and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams and help influence product direction • Stay current with DevOps, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, software supply chain security, and AI-assisted software development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Presales, DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, cloud, or application security • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally supporting enterprise technology sales • Ability to independently manage the technical aspects of complex enterprise sales opportunities • Strong hands-on understanding of modern DevOps and software delivery practices • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Git-based workflows, build tools, and artifact/package management • Experience designing, explaining, or implementing software delivery pipelines and integrating multiple tools within the software development lifecycle • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Understanding of application security and software supply chain security, including SCA, SBOM, container security, vulnerability management, or application security testing • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical audiences and senior stakeholders • Strong discovery, presentation, demonstration, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and global teams • Native or fluent Mandarin Taiwanese and strong business English communication skills • Experience with enterprise customers in Taiwan and understanding of the local technology ecosystem • Based in Taipei, Taiwan
