📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing), traditional marketing (where relevant), partnerships, and events • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the local audience • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within Thailand • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are culturally relevant and effectively localized for Thailand • Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives • Develop and maintain dashboards to track and visualize performance metrics • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • A Master's degree is a plus • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies within Thailand • Significant experience within the Forex and/or Financial Services industry is highly preferred • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing teams • Proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and measure campaign effectiveness • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English is essential
