📋 Description

• Track, analyze, and maintain comprehensive space data to develop scenario-based occupancy plans and strategies for client portfolios • Build relationships with facility management teams, business units, and client stakeholders to gather growth projections and space requirements • Produce monthly reports and conduct periodic data audits • Monitor utilization trends to inform evidence-based space planning decisions • Develop space layouts, block diagrams, and adjacency plans aligned with client needs • Support migration planning, group moves, and individual relocations by managing space allocations • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand dynamics • Reconcile top-down projections with actual seat demand and ensure data accuracy • Drive construction projects and planning strategies through facility audits and collaborative implementation support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data sets • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas • Ability to consolidate data into polished PowerPoint presentations • Ability to read, interpret, and work with architectural floor plans and spatial layouts • Knowledge of occupancy utilization methodologies • Knowledge of office design principles and contemporary workplace trends, including mobile, collaborative, and hybrid environments • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders • Strategic thinking and ability to simplify complexity and drive measurable results • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data and spatial planning • Proactive, innovative problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
