📋 Description

• Design and build advanced reusable and automated frameworks for enterprise-scale data processing • Architect platform features with a comprehensive cross-functional view and strategic alignment • Develop AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and root cause analysis for critical systems • Create comprehensive data solutions aligned with enterprise objectives and strategic goals • Design and implement data modeling using relational and star schema architectures • Build full-stack data solutions integrating multiple Azure services and cloud technologies • Drive innovation in data processing, storage, and analytics capabilities • Mentor junior and intermediate data engineers on advanced technical concepts and best practices • Influence business and regulatory requirements through technical expertise and strategic recommendations • Use storytelling and data visualization to build consensus across organizational levels • Lead technical decision-making for complex data architecture and implementation choices • Drive organizational value through strategic data engineering initiatives and AI implementation • Impact Data Engineering strategy through thought leadership and technical innovation • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business strategy • Champion data engineering best practices and standards across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline • 5-8 years of experience in data engineering with proven track record of technical leadership • Demonstrated experience building enterprise-scale data solutions and frameworks • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy • Expert Python skills including inheritance, reflection, meta-programming, and advanced design patterns • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data solution development • Expert knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, and distributed computing concepts • Deep proficiency in Azure data services including Databricks, Azure Functions, and Event Hubs • Advanced expertise in relational database design, star schema modeling, and data warehousing concepts • Proven experience implementing AI-powered solutions and automation frameworks at enterprise scale • Strong system design and architecture skills for complex data solutions and microservices
