📋 Description

• Apply advanced technical knowledge and enterprise-focused thinking using AI and automation • Serve as a technical leader who coaches team members and influences business requirements • Identify innovative reusable solutions and develop strategic data solutions • Create advanced automated frameworks and design platform features • Use storytelling techniques to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups • Mentor junior and intermediate data engineers on advanced technical concepts • Influence business and regulatory requirements through technical expertise and strategic recommendations • Drive organizational value through strategic data engineering initiatives and AI implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline; Master’s degree preferred • 5-8 years of experience in data engineering with proven track record of technical leadership • Demonstrated experience building enterprise-scale data solutions and frameworks • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy • Expert Python skills including inheritance, reflection, meta-programming, and advanced design patterns • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data solution development • Expert knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, and distributed computing concepts • Deep proficiency in Azure data services (Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hubs), architecture, and cloud-native solutions • Advanced expertise in relational database design, star schema modeling, and data warehousing concepts • Proven experience implementing AI-powered solutions and automation frameworks at enterprise scale • Strong system design and architecture skills for complex data solutions and microservices
