📋 Description

• Deliver financial services to the account team in a timely and accurate manner • Manage payments to IFM suppliers • Prepare monthly expense and revenue accruals and support period close • Coordinate JLL client billings • Review billing templates and supporting documents • Manage bank balance and review open accounts payable and payment schedules • Assist with open purchase order report reviews and educate operational teams on common errors • Educate site teams on process flow and corrective actions • Work with site teams and client finance to prepare monthly accruals • Assist with APAC variance reporting compilation • Work with the core team to streamline reports and processes • Manage the month-end checklist process • Perform ad-hoc work as required • Enforce and comply with JLL accounting policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting • Good command of spoken and written English • AP/AR/GL and Financial Analysis experience in finance across APAC is a plus • Ability to own responsibilities and processes • Excel-based reporting is advantageous
