📋 Description

• Deliver financial services to the account team in a timely and accurate manner • Manage payments to IFM suppliers • Calculate monthly expense and revenue accruals • Manage period close • Coordinate JLL client billings • Review billing templates and supporting documents • Manage bank balance and review Open AP and payment schedules • Assist with Open PO report reviews and educate operational teams on common errors • Educate site teams on process flow and corrective actions • Work with site teams and client finance to calculate monthly accruals • Assist with APAC variance reporting compilation • Support forecasting and budgeting processes • Review month-end checklists • Assist with ad-hoc work as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting • Good command of spoken and written English • AP/AR/GL and Financial Analysis experience in finance across APAC is a plus • Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes • Excel-based reporting is advantageous
