📋 Description

• Contribute to best-practice sharing as an active member of the J&J Innovative Medicine Emerging Markets Finance team • Participate in cross-sector or EM/EMEA-wide Finance and business initiatives • Build relationships with sub-cluster Finance teams, EMOC Functional leads and the EMEA Regional Finance team • Coordinate Business Plan, updates, Integrated Business Plan, quarterly Latest Estimate and Budget vs. Actual cycles, including consolidation, analysis, scenario planning and alignment across Emerging Markets • Lead the Central EM budget and Budget vs. Actual process, including headcount, intercompany and quarterly closing follow-up • Coordinate Functional target setting, budgets and Budget vs. Actual with EMOC Functional leads and local Finance teams • Support execution of Business Plan commitments covering sales, headcount, Opex, Capex, DSO, Net Income and cash flow • Lead advanced reporting tools for EM Finance using Power BI, Power Automate and emerging AI tools • Contribute to the EM Finance onboarding process and capability building across sub-clusters • Support the EMEA Regional Finance team with PVM and leadership MBR preparation • Drive adoption of SigniFi and other J&J Finance transformation initiatives through alignment, communication and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related areas • Professional financial qualifications are an advantage • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including business planning, reporting and analysis • Strong financial and analytical skills • Advanced skills and proven experience in Excel, Power BI, automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and emerging AI solutions • Experience in a multinational environment • Strong social skills, team-player mentality and collaborative working style • Passion for leading change and challenging the status quo • Good communication skills • Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment • Ability to work proactively, independently and in a team across geographic boundaries in a virtual setting • Fluent English
