📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries professionally by phone and email • Provide support with technical issues and identify suitable solutions • Assist customers with questions about billing, tariffs, and mobile products • Record product complaints and address them promptly • Inform customers about relevant products and offers • Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities • Share recurring customer feedback with the team and contribute to continuous service improvement

🎯 Requirements

• German proficiency at C1 level or higher • English proficiency at B1 level or higher • Completed secondary education • Interest in technical topics and mobile products • Ideally, previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a call center • Willingness to live and work in Bulgaria • EU citizenship
