📋 Description

• Look after clients through onboarding, role understanding, and the full recruitment process • Build candidate shortlists with the Sourcing Specialist • Manage technical and non-technical recruitment briefs • Research clients, roles, markets, and hiring requirements • Interview candidates beyond CV evaluation • Keep candidates informed about scheduling, tasks, feedback, and process status • Advise clients candidly on salary expectations and unrealistic specifications • Own recruitment roles, strategy, metrics, and hiring outcomes • Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead and Sourcing Specialist • Report to Chelsea, the Recruitment Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a recruiter in an agency environment, working internationally • Experience with clients in the USA, UK and Europe, with founders and business owners as direct hiring managers • Genuine sourcing ability, including AI, Boolean, LinkedIn, and varied candidate-finding methods • Experience with ATS systems, including Workable • Sourcing experience in South Africa and/or Eastern Europe is a strong advantage • Ability to read technical CVs properly and discuss technical roles with developers • Ability to assess whether client specifications and budgets align • Existing use of AI in work and ability to evaluate AI fluency credibly in candidates • Natural partnership and relationship-building with clients and candidates • Thorough profile evaluation and defensible candidate recommendations • Ownership of candidate quality, quantity, and speed of hire • Ability to work independently, improve processes, and manage priorities • Helpful and friendly approach • Availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CET, with occasional early evening calls for US clients • Willingness to work remotely as an independent contractor • Full-time commitment; not suitable for side jobs, freelance work, or part-time employment
