📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients end-to-end as their main point of contact • Attend client calls, gather requirements, and translate them into orders/briefs for delivery teams • Review client questionnaires and onboarding data to understand clients and identify gaps • Send inputs to the appropriate delivery partner or internal AI app, then review outputs against client expectations • Communicate deliverables, timelines, and results to clients • Handle grey-area requests and determine whether issues are scope creep or normal questions • Proactively manage blockers and identify next steps to keep projects moving • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and internal AI applications daily • Work 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, aligned to UK/EST timezone with fixed and flexible hours • Act as the link between clients and delivery teams, translating requirements into briefs and reviewing outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English • Solid client-facing relationship skills, including handling difficult clients with emotional regulation • Agency experience: either as an account manager with 3-5+ years managing accounts, or a strong technical/SEO background that can pick up account management • Ability to make judgement calls rather than only following a checklist/SOP • Comfortable leveraging AI tools in your workflow • Ability to understand SEO/AI search strategy well enough to go toe-to-toe with SEO specialists and clients • Direct hands-on SEO or AI search (GEO) experience is a bonus • Experience working with marketing agencies delivering SEO services is a bonus • Ability to grow into an Account Director-type role is a bonus • Must be willing to work remotely as an independent contractor • Full-time, primary role; no freelancing or second jobs

• £2,600-£3,000 per month (£31k-£36k per year) • Full-time & fully remote • All public holidays off • Company closes for around two weeks at Christmas/New Year plus the first week of January • Team off-sites
