📋 Description

• Own the SEO strategy for client accounts and ensure measurable search performance • Work alongside account managers and content specialists within a revenue-generating pod • Bring strategic thinking and ownership rather than simply executing tasks • Develop insights and recommendations that drive search performance • Potentially join client calls occasionally and present work

🎯 Requirements

• Real SEO specialist experience (roughly 5-7+ years, though quality matters more than years) • Progression in past roles (e.g. analyst to senior analyst, with at least 2-2.5 years per role, not job-hopping) • Strong written communication and ability to explain reasoning three layers deep • Clear spoken English • Ownership mindset and strategic thinking • Accountable, hardworking, driven, with willingness to learn and upskill • Willingness and ability to be client-facing is preferred • Experience working directly with enterprise or high-growth consumer brands is preferred • Ability to work with core overlap with US Eastern time is preferred
