📋 Description

• Take holistic ownership of Business Central and bring business requirements from initial concept through to implementation in the system • Analyze the needs of business departments and translate them into technical solutions • Manage stakeholders across business departments, IT, and external partners • Independently implement minor adjustments and extensions using AL • Challenge existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and further develop Business Central • Ensure efficiency, stability, and a positive user experience • Analyze the root causes of incidents and technical issues • Coordinate next steps and ensure sustainable solutions • Structure processes and documentation and make knowledge accessible throughout the company • Bring business departments, IT, and external partners together; 50% organization and coordination and 50% hands-on work

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, vocational training, or comparable practical qualification in an IT-related field • Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision, ideally at least 2–3 years • Understanding of processes in Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain • Experience with AL, including independently implemented customizations and extensions • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system interfaces • Ideally, experience with integrations involving Business Central • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work • Ability to prioritize requirements • Confident communication with business departments, IT, and external partners
