📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve infrastructure, platform, and automation solutions • Take responsibility for provisioning, configuration management, and operations • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines • Build fast, secure, and reproducible deployment processes • Make sustainable architecture and technology decisions across cloud, infrastructure, and platform engineering • Evaluate new technologies and tools • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems • Conduct monitoring and incident management • Continuously improve operational stability • Identify and sustainably reduce manual processes, technical debt, and operational risks • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product Owners, and QA to improve developer productivity and operational stability • Support colleagues through expertise in DevOps, cloud, and platform engineering • Apply best practices for infrastructure, automation, observability, and security • Continuously develop technical standards and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform operations, infrastructure automation, or software development with an operations focus • Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code, and reproducible infrastructure • Knowledge of modern build, test, and deployment processes, as well as CI/CD • Knowledge of cloud platforms, system architectures, containerization, and operating distributed systems • Experience with or knowledge of monitoring, logging, availability, performance, and security • Willingness to take responsibility for critical systems and technical decisions • Independent, solution-oriented working style • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with other engineering disciplines • Willingness to actively share knowledge with colleagues
