📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them with enthusiasm and expertise via our live chat. • Work on Intercom, where you will respond to their requests accurately and kindly. • Build authentic relationships with each customer by offering tailored solutions. • Guide users in mastering Indy and answer their accounting questions. • Actively contribute to customer retention by nurturing long-term relationships. • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the product by relaying customer feedback. • Depending on your progress and company needs, you may be entrusted with exciting responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma • You live in Lyon or within a 3-hour train ride, so you can come to our Lyon offices once a month for 2 to 3 consecutive days. • Curious, sociable and kind, you demonstrate empathy • You can multitask; solving problems is enjoyable for you • Autonomous, organized and a lover of challenges • Impeccable spelling and grammar (even without a spellchecker) • Bonus: interest in accounting
