📋 Description

• Prepare tender documents in collaboration with the university’s internal Procurement Department and external legal counsel • Support and coordinate procurement procedures • File project documentation completely and systematically in the electronic project records • Maintain and manage department-internal contracts in the central contract management system • Continuously update technical and organizational documentation in the internal wiki • Support the definition, creation, and management of department-internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, secondary or higher education (Matura), or an equivalent qualification • Relevant experience in office management or project management is an advantage • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word • Excellent German-language skills, at least C1 level • Experience with procurement procedures under the Austrian Federal Procurement Act (BVergG) is a strong advantage • Good basic technical understanding, particularly of network cabling • Willingness and motivation to pursue continuous professional development • High level of commitment and performance, together with the ability to work independently, autonomously, and accurately • Service-oriented, structured, and communicative approach to work
