• Implement, maintain, manage and optimize CRM Platforms and other software solutions for clients • Provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base • Work closely with internal consulting team and clients on CRM implementations and ecosystems to drive value and achieve commercial objectives
• Knowledge and experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in managing and maintaining software platforms • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges • Project and time-management skills • Good communication and presentation skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and clients • Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems independently • Discretion and commitment to confidentiality • BA degree Technology, Business or a related field • Fluency in English and Arabic • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
