• Developing commercial kitchen layouts in Revit • Communicating with the Client and operations team to establish and or oversee effective project work plans with attainable project objectives • Design, coordinate & execute all phases of the project, from project set-up through design and construction administration • Develop and maintain client relationships, for both single projects and multi-project global accounts • Working collaboratively with clients, design managers, operation managers, architects, and subcontractors to provide the highest quality project for the customer • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders • Review architectural designs and plans complying with scope and stakeholder requirements • Monitor schedule and production to ensure that projects are on time and on budget • Communicates and coordinates project requirements with the project team and consultants • Responsibility for project life cycle and involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently • Send/manage/maintain project management documents and schedules including RFIs, Schedules, Contracts, Submittals, Snagging, Change Orders, and Warranties • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution keep on top of paperwork, attend meetings with clients, and execution of day to day work in Revit, AutoCAD and Excel • Create reports and presentations in PowerPoint and PDF whenever required
• Minimum of two years of experience in architecture or Interior design • Minimum of two years in commercial kitchen planning & design • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Skillful competency of Revit • Knowledge of BIM processes and LODs • Strong understanding of architectural design phases and relevant deliverables • Experience and demonstrated ability to interact in a cooperative, collaborative and effective manner to manage multiple/simultaneous projects • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is preferred
