• Assist the Executive Director in program creation and management. • Lead the recruitment process for interns and fellows, ensuring a diverse and talented cohort. • Develop and execute an effective onboarding process for interns and fellows, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to interns and fellows, ensuring they meet their commitments and make a meaningful impact on refugee communities. • Collaborate with interns and fellows, supporting their research initiatives, and ensuring alignment with NGI's mission. • Generally oversee research efforts, identifying gaps in knowledge and finding and developing partnerships to fill voids. • Establish metrics for evaluating intern and fellow performance and provide constructive feedback to help them excel in their roles. • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among interns and fellows, and with NGI's leadership.
• Minimum undergraduate degree requirement, Masters encouraged but not required. • Passion for social entrepreneurship, global issues, and refugee rights. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and excited to meet with new people regularly. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Contribute to NGI's mission to make a positive impact on local communities, including refugee communities. • Gain valuable experience in program management and research support. • Interact with a diverse group of interns and fellows, as well as experienced professionals. • Collaborate with stakeholders, policymakers, and multilateral organizations.
