📋 Description
• Assist in the sales process by providing excellent customer service • Pitch services to customers • Identify and sell services to clients • Develop sales plans and negotiate to close sales • Provide information on service offerings and pricing • Assist clients with purchase decisions through email or phone calls • Communicate effectively with all parties involved • Maintain accurate records of transactions
🎯 Requirements
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, French, and Arabic • Strong customer service skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with CRMs is a plus
