📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand the talent needs of the B2B SaaS division • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and making job offers • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
