📋 Description

• Build and configure a complete Jira environment from scratch • Design workflows, permissions, screen schemes, timesheets, dashboards, and reporting • Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Jira solutions • Proactively challenge requirements and recommend better approaches when needed • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide real-time guidance • Mentor the client’s Scrum Master on Jira administration and Agile/Scrum best practices • Provide clear progress updates and communicate directly with client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience • 4+ years of professional Scrum experience • Proven experience building or significantly redesigning Jira environments end to end • Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, screen schemes, time tracking, and reporting • Advanced English proficiency—C1 or higher • Strong communication, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work independently and serve as a consultative expert, not only as an order taker • Experience teaching or mentoring others on Jira and Scrum processes • Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager is nice to have • Experience with Confluence and Tempo Timesheets is nice to have • Spanish proficiency is nice to have
